Seated Vocal Activation:
Vocal meditation journeys begin with the breath. Learn the tools to regulate breath. Learn the tools to regulate breath while toning the vocal chords and soothing the nervous system. Feel the vibrations of self-generated sound massage your min inside out. Calm the chatter of the mind and increase the resonance of well-being and vitality.
Standing Six Healing Sounds Qi Gong:
Somatic Sound in motion. From the posture-aligning Tai Chi Stance, synchronize movement, and breath with sounds that resonate, clear, and strengthen your meridians (TCM channels of vital life force energy that flow in alignment with the pathways of fascia, musculoskeletal, nervous, and circulating systems that wrap around the organs) This practice cultivates vitality, longevity, and can improve posture, joint, and muscle health while regulating the nervous system
Lying Down SoundBath
Get cozy with your mat, eyemask, blankets, and bolsters. Close your eyes and sail into the harmonious frequencies produced by Dr. Celeste that are designed and proven to relax and soothe the entire being. These soundbaths have been shown to envoke deep restoration and healing experiences
The audio incorporates the full sound spectrum, with bass and high-pitched notes of the entire audible chromatic scale to promote balance, harmony, and resonance with the rhythms of nature.

-No experience needed
-Within comfort-range, participation as instructed is recommended and encouraged to improve the cohesion of the group, if you need to adapt exercises to fit your needs you are welcome to make adjustments- recommendation/assistance is available if needed- please let Dr. Celeste know ahead of class time if you have any special needs that may need tending to during the event
-Please try to take restroom breaks during the brief designated times. If you need to leave the room during a session, please do
-If a participant is blatantly disturbing the class, they will be asked to leave
-Signing waver required
-While sleep is welcome and sometimes inevitable during the relaxing soundbath, Snoring is not allowed during sound bath. If you snore, you will be gently tapped until you awake and cease snoring if heard.
-Bodily noise-making (loudly audible breathing, sighing, singing, speaking) during soundbath is prohibited to allow all participants to get a chance to sync into the vibrations
-If you are sensitive to loud sound, please bring earplugs to increase your comfort with the volume of sounds. The vibrations of the soundwaves are still beneficial even with the use of earplugs

How to prepare
-Be on site about ~10 minutes early to set up your space and be prepared for a 6:30 start
-Wear non-restrictive lounge wear that is comfortable to stand, sit, and lay down in
-Bring your own pillows or blankets to make sure you are comfortable during the soundbath
-Avoid any stimulants before the sound therapy
Aftercare:
-Listen to body’s needs & be gentle with yourself as you integrate your experience
-Eat a good meal and drink plenty of water with electrolytes
-Make time for intentional rest/sleep
-Take time for gentle movements if any areas of soreness/stiffness arise
-Allow space for emotional processing/mental shifts that may result
